The SOCA Benefit Plan is a self-funded solution for small Ohio employers and sole proprietors. The SOCA Benefit Plan is a multiple employer welfare arrangement (MEWA) that lets eligible businesses join together to share in the overall health insurance claims risk. By being part of a large, self-funded pool, they receive financial protection backed by Anthem’s stop loss coverage.
This benefit plan is available to small business employers who have at least 2 employees enrolled in their medical plan and no more than an average of 50 total employees. Keep your employees healthy and your costs in check!
