The Gahanna Area Chamber would like to invite you to participate as a Food Vendor at the 28th Annual Taste of Gahanna on August 24, 2025! The Annual Taste of Gahanna is the Chamber’s biggest event and aims to showcase the vibrant culinary scene in the Gahanna community. Each year we carefully curate a diverse lineup of restaurants and vendors. In addition to the wide sampling of food, guests can enjoy a night of live music and drinks while mingling with community members and friends.
Food Vendor Requirements
- Provide 500 food samples
- Provide small serving plates, napkins & utensils that samples will be served on
- Complete the online Franklin County Public Health Temporary Food Service Application and pay the $60 application fee (this will be reimbursed by the Chamber)
- Bring all equipment for preparing, holding, and serving food including all utensils and containers
- Arrive early for set-up so station is ready by 4:00pm to pass the Franklin County Public Health Inspection (inspection requirements listed on FCPH website)
Chamber will provide
- 2, 6' tables
- 2 chairs
- 1 pop-up tent
Fees
- There is no vendor fee to participate
- If vendor requires power, a single 10 amp circuit will be provided for a fee of $100
- Each vendor will need to apply for a temporary food license with Franklin County Public Health for a $60 fee (fee will be reimbursed by Chamber)
Franklin County Public Health Temporary Food License Application
Each vendor will need to apply for a temporary food license with the Franklin County Public Health Department. You will need to create a customer account with their online system called Accela and then fill out the temporary food facility application. Please ensure applications are submitted by August 1st. Once your online application has been submitted, you will receive a record number for your reference. Please email this record number to the Chamber at info@gahannachamber.org.
